Parris Kopas

Parris Kopas, MBA, is an experienced IT Manager currently working at enGen since February 2023, after serving as Information Technology Team Manager and Senior IT Project Manager at Highmark Health from January 2020. In these roles, Parris has successfully led significant projects, such as the implementation of corporate IT needs to migrate 2,200 employees to the Health Solution platform while managing a $20M budget. Parris has also improved IT support services through the IT Service Management tool and mentored emerging leaders within the organization. Prior experience includes overseeing IT project lifecycles for cancer treatment centers at HM Health Solutions and participating in high-impact leadership training. Parris holds an MBA from Robert Morris University and bachelor's degrees in Health Information Management and Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
