Robert Marsh, MSHS, CSSBB, serves as the Manager of Operational Excellence Strategy & Execution at Highmark Health, leading a diverse team to support clinical services and health product organizations in performance excellence and transformation. With extensive experience in healthcare, Robert has held various leadership roles including Manager of Operations Support and Senior Performance Improvement Analyst at Highmark Health, where strategic process engineering and performance improvement were pivotal to success. Notable past positions include Process Improvement Manager at Vatica Health, Lean Six Sigma Project Manager at Tidelands Health, and Director of Physician Engagement & Integration within a transformative Lean initiative. Robert is the founder of MarshOrtho Consulting, specializing in musculoskeletal service line improvement, and has a solid educational background with a Master of Science in Health Sciences from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
