Stacy Kittridge

Stacy Kittridge is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Labor, Policy, and M&A Engagements at Highmark Health since August 2019, and previously held the role of Vice President Leader Operations. Prior to Highmark Health, Stacy was Vice President of HR at Gateway Health and served in various leadership roles at Allegheny Health Network, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior HR Business Partner. Earlier career experiences include HR Consultant at Highmark, Senior HR Consultant at UPMC, and Employee Relations Manager at The Washington Hospital. Stacy began the HR journey as an HR Generalist/Consultant and Employment Specialist at UPMC and worked as a Recruiter for LA Weight Loss. Educational qualifications include degrees in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University and a degree in Human Resource Management from La Roche University.
