Brittney Fonseca began their career as a Server at Sherlocks Baker St Pub & Grill in 2009 and worked there until 2012. Brittney then worked as a Project Coordinator at URS Corporation, An AECOM Company from 2012 to 2014, where they implemented and managed an invoicing process and assisted managers with project plans. After that, they worked as an Account Manager at Gibson Athletic from 2014 to 2016, where they managed accounts and created a working system for group email inboxes. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Account Manager at Majestic Metals Inc. Brittney then worked as an Assistant Manager at Milestone Management from 2017 to 2018, where they performed various tasks including reviewing applications and processing invoices. Most recently, they have been working as a Community Director at Highmark Residential since 2021.

Brittney Fonseca obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Brittney attended the university from 2005 to 2010.
