Nicole Willis

Nicole Willis has extensive experience in the property management industry. Nicole worked as a Community Manager at Greystar starting in 2019. Before that, they held several roles at Highmark Residential, including Community Director and Assistant Community Director. In their role as Community Director, they were accountable for all community operations and achieved significant growth in revenue, maintained high occupancy rates, and ensured accurate file audits. Nicole also had experience in sales as a Sales Director.

Nicole Willis attended Clear Lake High School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained their high school degree. Following that, they pursued higher education at San Jacinto College from 2005 to 2007. During their time at San Jacinto College, Nicole studied General Studies in Behavioral Science. Additionally, in August 2007, they obtained a certification as a National Apartment Leasing Professional from the Houston Apartment Association.
