Alicia Hoey

Alicia Hoey possesses extensive experience in communications and strategic implementation, currently serving as the Director of Strategy Realization & Implementation and Chief of Staff for the Enterprise CFO at Highmark Health since April 2020. Alicia has also held roles as a Strategic Communications Advisor, Lead Internal Communications, and Senior Internal Communications Consultant within the organization. Prior to Highmark Health, Alicia operated Alicia Hoey Consulting as a Marketing & Communications Consultant and Strategic Brand Director from January 2016 to June 2020. Previous experience includes positions at Giant Eagle, Inc. as a Team Member Communications Generalist and at the Coalition for Christian Outreach as a Marketing & Media Relations Associate. Alicia earned a B.A. in Communications from Geneva College in 2008.
