Carl Daley

Carl Daley currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Highmark Health, responsible for developing and implementing finance strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals since September 2023. Prior to this role, Carl spent over a decade at Humana, holding several senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Retail Strategy and Operations, where responsibilities included vendor management and product development, and as Senior Vice President and Insurance CFO, overseeing financial operations across multiple segments. Carl's experience also includes a tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Carl progressed through various audit-related roles from Associate to Senior Manager. Carl holds a Master's Degree in Sports Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, both from the University of Kentucky.
