Jessica Saba

Jessica Saba, PharmD, MMGT, BCGP, serves as the Director of Business and Operation Strategy Realization at Highmark Health, where responsibilities include overseeing enterprise strategy and value-based population health pharmacy initiatives. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at Highmark Inc. and CVS Health, Jessica has managed Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial Medication Therapy Management programs, developing clinical quality improvement standards and ensuring regulatory compliance. Previous positions include roles at Walgreens and Ideal Wellness and Weight Loss, where Jessica focused on diabetes education and medication therapy management. Jessica holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University, a Master of Management in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Penn State University.
