Mitch Wilbanks

Mitch Wilbanks, CFA, CAIA, has over 23 years of experience in finance, specializing in institutional fixed income portfolio management. Currently serving as Vice President of Treasury Services and previously as Director of Portfolio Management and Asset Allocation at Highmark Health since August 2018, Mitch has extensive expertise in managing Cash, Enhanced Cash, and Low Duration portfolios, along with co-managing broader market portfolios. Prior to Highmark Health, Mitch held the role of Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Smith Graham for over 13 years, focusing on institutional fixed income portfolios. Mitch's early career includes a position as Financial Analyst at First Southwest Asset Management, coordinating investment reporting for substantial fixed income assets. Educationally, Mitch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
