Deborah Avasthi

Deborah Avasthi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Deborah started their career in 1987 at Cigna, where they worked in Human Resources. Deborah then moved on to Bose Corporation in 1990, where they served as a Corporate Recruiter for eight years. In 1998, they joined Willis as a Surety, specializing in surety bonding for construction firms and maintaining client and carrier relationships. Finally, in 2012, they joined Androscoggin Bank as a VP, Treasury Services Officer. Throughout their career, Deborah has acquired valuable skills and expertise in HR, recruiting, surety bonding, and treasury services.

Deborah Avasthi has a diverse education history spanning over several years. Deborah first attended Edward Little High School from 1978 to 1982. Afterward, they pursued their bachelor's degree in Psychology and Economics at the University of Vermont from 1982 to 1986, earning a B.A. in Psychology. In 1992, they obtained a Human Resources Certificate from Bentley University, specializing in HR.
