Rochana Lahiri

Rochana Lahiri has extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Manager for IAM at Highmark Health since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rochana held various positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, including Manager of Cybersecurity - IAM Technologies and Cyber Security Access Management Architect, where responsibilities included managing IAM teams, defining solution architectures, and implementing technology integrations for web access management and secure access provisioning. Experience also includes roles as a Senior IT Auditor at Amedisys, an Enterprise Risk Services Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, and an Associate at HCL Perot Systems. Rochana holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Decision Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
