Veronica Villalobos

Veronica Villalobos is the Vice President of the Institute for Strategic Social and Workforce Programs at Highmark Health and Allegheny Health Network, where they lead initiatives focused on breaking barriers and expanding access to create healthier communities. They formerly served as the Principal Deputy Associate Director at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's Employee Services division, overseeing human capital management strategies to support federal agencies. Additionally, Veronica has held the role of Director for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, heading efforts to enhance diversity within the federal workforce. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Saint Mary's College and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.
