Gary Baxter

Gary Baxter is a General Manager at HighPeak Energy since October 2023. Prior to this, Gary worked at Birch Resources from November 2019 to April 2023, starting as an Area Field Superintendent and later transitioning to the role of Senior Operations Engineer. Before Birch Resources, Gary held the position of Director, Production Operations and Regional Manager - West Texas at EQT Corporation from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, Gary worked as an Operations Engineering Supervisor and Operations Engineer at EQT Corporation for seven years. Gary holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University.
