Katie Liebel serves on the Member Board of Directors and is the Risk Committee Chair at Credit First National Association, a subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation. As Managing Principal at CustomStrat Advisory LLC, Katie advises financial services companies on customer-centric growth strategies. In the role of Senior Advisor at HighPoint Associates, Katie counsels financial services firms on strategy development and organizational optimization. Previously, Katie was Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Fifth Third Bank, where strategic initiatives were developed for a bank with $140 billion in assets. Earlier experience includes Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Senior Vice President at Nationwide Insurance, Vice President at Genworth Financial, and Senior Vice President at National City Bank. Katie began professional career as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
