Bill Kline JD, CFCM is a seasoned contract administrator and consultant with extensive experience in contract management and compliance. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Primescape Solutions, Inc. since December 2014, Bill has been responsible for preparing a procedures manual for CPSR audits and reviewing technical amendments, non-disclosure agreements, and subcontracts. Prior to this role, Bill operated as a self-employed consultant and held the position of Contract Manager at AECOM Technical Services from November 2007 to June 2012, as well as at ECC in Iraq from March 2004 to October 2004. Bill Kline earned a Juris Doctor degree in Tax from William & Mary Law School from 1964 to 1967.
