Bala Vasireddi is an experienced executive with extensive expertise in infrastructure, support operations, and customer success within the technology sector. Currently serving as the VP of Infrastructure & Support Operations at HighRadius since July 2021, Bala has held pivotal roles in various organizations, including GM of India Operations at TapClicks and Vice President of Operations & Service Delivery at NetEnrich, Inc. Notable achievements include transforming the Customer Success Engineering team at Actifio into a global unit delivering 24/7 support across 37 countries and establishing a significant operational presence for Sungard Availability Services in India. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's in Computer Science & Systems Engineering from Andhra University, Bala has a strong educational foundation supporting a robust career spanning over three decades, including founding ProEdge Solutions and managing large teams at AT&T Business Services and Marimba, Inc.
