Shawn Barcal

Shawn Barcal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and product leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at HighRewards since August 2023, Shawn has previously held significant roles at Zello in growth from November 2021 to September 2023, and as Director of User Growth at Shopkick, a Trax Company, from February 2020 to October 2021. Additional experience includes growth positions at Zello and several builder roles across companies such as Flurry Live, YouNow, Inc., Stringwire, and Spreecast. Shawn's educational background includes a brief tenure at Gonzaga University in 2009.
