Jason has over 20 years of experience in the survey/right of way assessment/GIS aspects of the pipeline industry. Jason’s career has included time spent on both the company as well as service provider sides of GIS survey projects with companies including Encompass, Williams Cos and Access Midstream. Jason currently developed and leads the right of way assessment program which includes depth of cover, leak detection and mapping programs. Jason has a degree in Geography as well as a certificate of Geographic Information Systems from Oklahoma State University.
