Janelle Wolak

Janelle Wolak has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In their current role as Chief of Staff at Kairos Aerospace since 2022, they oversee the coordination and management of the company's operations.

Prior to that, Janelle held multiple roles at JetInsight from 2019 to 2022. As Director of Product, they led the product strategy and development of a flight booking and aircraft management SaaS software for charter airline companies. Janelle built the product organization from scratch, introduced usability testing and data analytics into the product process, and spearheaded the development and execution of the product vision and roadmap.

Before JetInsight, Janelle worked at Blis from 2018 to 2019 as the Founding Product Manager. Janelle played a vital role in leading the product development from concept to launch for an on-demand staffing marketplace for filmmakers.

At Wells Fargo from 2017 to 2018, Janelle served as an R&D Product Manager in the Innovation Group. Janelle led the discovery and development of technology solutions to enhance the value proposition of major Wells Fargo lines of business. Janelle's work included building prototypes for personalized investment apps and designing innovative digital experiences for co-branded credit cards.

In their role as Design Strategist at MKThink from 2016 to 2017, Janelle created experience design guidelines to optimize space efficiency and user wellness for government, education, and business clients. Janelle conducted extensive user research and defined user needs through interviews, surveys, and design thinking workshops.

Janelle began their career as an Architectural Designer at Hayes Group Architects Inc. in 2015. Janelle designed interior spaces for leading Silicon Valley tech companies and created 3D digital visualizations for presentations.

Overall, Janelle Wolak has demonstrated their ability to take on various roles and responsibilities, effectively leading product strategies, driving innovation, and optimizing user experiences.

Janelle Wolak obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architectural Design & Engineering, with a minor in Human Biology, from Stanford University. Janelle also holds a High School Diploma from Castilleja School. In addition to their formal education, Janelle has obtained certifications in Product Management from Product School in June 2018 and in User Experience Design from General Assembly in January 2017.
