Jen Tiner

Jen Tiner is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Highridge Medical since January 2025, Tiner previously held the same title at City Brewing Company from January 2023 to January 2025. Prior to these roles, Tiner was the Vice President of Human Resources at Ardagh Group from May 2021 to January 2023. A significant portion of Tiner's career was spent at Honeywell, starting in January 2008 and culminating in various leadership roles, including VP of HR for Safety and Productivity Solutions, Global HR Leader for Sensing & IoT, and Learning Director. Tiner's earlier experiences include HR roles at Honeywell Aerospace and internships at YumBrands! Tiner holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.
