Randall Mast

Randall Mast is a seasoned design engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Design Engineering Manager at Highridge Medical since April 2024, Randall previously held the same title at ZimVie and Zimmer Biomet from March 2022 to April 2024 and June 2015 to March 2022, respectively. Randall's career began at Biomet as a Principal Designer from June 2013 to June 2015, following a role as Senior Product Designer at Lanx, Inc. and Blue Nine Design. Other relevant positions include Industrial Designer at Mennonite Central Committee and Product Designer at Hyde Park and William Crow. Randall Mast earned a degree from Goshen College from 1988 to 1992.
