Victor Cuauhtemoc Moreno

Victor Cuauhtemoc Moreno is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in product and mold design, technical engineering, and manufacturing systems. Currently serving as Product and Mold Design Engineering Manager at Maxion Wheels since July 2019, Victor previously held various leadership roles at Nemak from 1997 to 2019, including Technical Engineering Manager and Global Manufacturing Standards and Systems Leader, where notable achievements included double-digit CAPEX optimizations and the implementation of robust engineering change management procedures. Victor holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, an MSc in Manufacturing Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a B.Sc in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya.
