Garrett Tosh, PMP, has over eight years of experience in the financial services and consulting industries. In 2022, they began working as a Business Analyst for Highrise Consulting, Inc. From 2016 to 2022, they worked for Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate and Senior Consultant, where they worked with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams of software developers, data scientists, and information assurance experts on development of information systems incorporating computer vision and machine learning models for automated categorization of new data. Garrett also performed system owner functions in Agile software development ceremonies, conducted user acceptance testing (UAT), and captured and managed requirements for prioritization in sprint development cycles using Confluence, JIRA and GitHub for collaboration. From 2014 to 2016, they worked for JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Securities Lending Operations Analyst, where they worked closely with front, middle, and back office personnel across all major investment banks to manage collateral for high volume international trades. Garrett learned the intricacies of proprietary systems to ensure settlement of trades in foreign markets and coordinated closely with corporate actions personnel, settlements teams, third-party agents, and traders to confirm matching loan details ahead of trade deadlines for international markets. Garrett used advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities and strong communication skills to investigate and resolve trade discrepancies with counterparties and mitigate operational risk to the firm.

Garrett Tosh, PMP, earned their Bachelor's of Business Administration in International Business from Towson University in 2014. In 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
