Heather Hern

Heather Hern has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heather is currently working as a Business Process Analyst at Environmental Solutions Group since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Bellhop from May 2022 to September 2022. Heather also served as an Inventory Manager at Samplize, Corp. from September 2020 to June 2022.

Heather has also gained experience in marketing and development as a Marketing and Development Assistant at The Ampersand Company from April 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they utilized Hubspot to create and coordinate email campaigns, monitored CRM growth, and engaged with existing customers.

Heather further expanded their skills at Vanderbilt University Boot Camps, where they studied as a student from July 2020 to February 2021. Heather also worked as a Communications Assistant at Nice Branding Agency from April 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, they gained sales experience as a Sales Associate at I Love Juice Bar LLC from June 2014 to February 2018.

Additionally, Heather worked as a Contributing Writer at Chattanooga Times Free Press from August 2017 to December 2017, where they were responsible for interviewing sources, writing and submitting stories for various publications. Heather also briefly held the position of Director of Content Management at The House, Inc. from April 2017 to August 2017. Furthermore, they gained copywriting experience as an intern at Nice Branding Agency from May 2015 to September 2015.

Heather Hern obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, from the year 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired several certifications such as Power BI Essential Training, JavaScript Essential Training, React Hooks, React: Working with APIs, React.js Essential Training, and React.js: Building an Interface. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification being Power BI Essential Training in July 2023.
