Jerry Guiton

Jerry Guiton has worked in various positions since 1988. Jerry began their career as a Staff of J. Bennett Johnston for the United States Senate. In 1989, they became a Budget Analyst for the Defense Logistics Agency. From 1994-2006, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Budget Analyst for the Defense Acquisition University. From 2006-2014, they were an Independent Financial Consultant. Finally, they have been the Special Assistant to the Deputy Budget Director at Highrise Consulting, Inc. since 2014.

Jerry Guiton earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Scranton between 1983 and 1987. Jerry then went on to complete a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Syracuse University - Maxwell School with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services in 1988.
