Carlos Arroyo

Carlos Arroyo has work experience in various roles and companies. Carlos started their career in 2010 as a Technical Support and Customer Service representative at Teleperformance. In 2011, they joined Intel Corporation as a Graphics Validation engineer and later transitioned to the role of Quality System Engineer. At Intel, they were responsible for providing QA services, including requirements gathering, test plans development, and test automation. Carlos worked on system-level testing and occasionally performed component-level testing. Carlos also handled defect management and release planning. In 2020, Carlos joined HighRoads as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer. Shortly after, they moved to Jobsity, where they continued in the same position.

Carlos Arroyo received an Engineer's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Centro de Enseñanza Técnica Industrial, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in software testing, including ISTQB Agile Certified Tester in October 2018 and ISTQB Foundations in June 2017, both from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
