Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Highside Companies, Matt leads a team responsible for 30 to 40 new hospitality developments annually, emphasizing operational efficiency and client development. Previously, as Vice President of Development at Westfield Company, Inc., Matt guided development strategies for multifamily, mixed-use, and office projects. Prior experience includes roles at Mortenson, Eaton, and Jones Lang LaSalle, where Matt managed significant projects like the Sun Valley Eco District Multifamily and National Jewish Health facility. Matt holds a degree in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University and a degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
