Juergen Hopfgartner

Juergen Hopfgartner is an experienced executive currently serving as President & COO at Highsnobiety since December 2016, overseeing a leading platform for cultural innovators and a diverse range of creative services. Prior to this role, Juergen held the position of Head of Content & Community at Axel Springer from August 2012 to October 2016, focusing on start-up investments and portfolio management in the media and entertainment sectors. Additionally, Juergen served as Senior Vice President for Strategy, Interactive & Operations at MTV Networks from July 2007 to June 2012, along with a role as Head of Business Development at Metaversum in 2007. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group from 2002 to 2007. Juergen holds a Diplom in International Business from the University of Vienna and completed an exchange year in Business Studies at City St George’s, University of London.
