Karen Cosme, CPA, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Strategy & Transformation at Highspring since April 2025. Previously, Karen worked as an ERP Transformation Consultant at Encompass Solutions, Inc. and held roles including Sr. ERP Consultant and Project Manager at Cre8tive Technology and Design, where significant contributions were made towards ERP and digital transformation projects. With a strong background at Epicor Software Corporation as a Sr. ERP Consultant and previous roles in accounting and finance management at Harbor Packaging and OleumTech Corporation, Karen has demonstrated expertise in ERP implementations, financial systems optimization, and project management. Karen's educational qualifications include a certificate in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Accountancy and Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles, with ongoing advanced studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin.
