Jihan Gamha

Jihan Gamha is an accomplished sales and revenue management professional with extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at HIGHSTAY since April 2024, Jihan previously held multiple roles at Hôtel Costes from August 2020 to April 2024, including Director of Sales, Director of Revenue and Reservations, and Reservation and Revenue Manager. Jihan's expertise in reservation management was further honed at Eden Rock - St Barths, where responsibilities included team organization and training. Jihan's career began at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, where various roles, including Reservations Sales Agent and Guest Recognition Specialist, developed skills in maximizing revenue, enhancing guest experiences, and training staff. Jihan holds a Master’s degree in Modern Languages applied to economics and a B.A. in Modern Languages applied to law and economics from Université Paris Nanterre.
