Cherry Zhang

Cherry Zhang has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Cherry currently holds the role of Human Resources Director at HighTide Therapeutics. Prior to this, they worked at Bright Future Pharmaceutical Lab. Ltd., where they served as an HR Manager for the Sales Centre and later as the HRCOE Manager for the Head Office. In these roles, they were responsible for organization development, job grade and salary structure implementation. Additionally, they were the HR Manager for the Global R&D Centre during that time. Cherry also worked as an HR Consultant at Aon Hewitt, where they focused on talent and organization management, position, performance, and compensation. Notably, they played a key role in the Huawei HR Transformation project during their time at Aon Hewitt.

Cherry Zhang holds a Master's Degree in Public Relations and HR Management, which they obtained from Renmin University of China between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General at Hubei Engineering University from 2006 to 2010.
