Clare Parsons is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Co Chair of the Advisory Council at HighTide and an Executive Committee Member at Global Communication Partners, Parsons has a strong background in strategic reputation management as the Co-Founder and past Chair of Lansons. Notably, Parsons made history as the first woman to be elected Global Chair of the Nominations Committee at PROI Worldwide. In addition, Parsons is involved with Everywoman Ltd and has held various positions with artistic and business organizations, including the Almeida Theatre and The Supper Club. A graduate of Lancaster University, Parsons has contributed significantly to the advancement of women in business and the arts.

We are one of the UK’s leading new writing theatre companies. Our mission is to develop new theatre productions and programmes that engage and inspire diverse communities in the East of England. We work in partnership locally and nationally year-round to co-produce and tour our productions and celebrate our home. We bring voices and stories from the East of England to national stages and world-class talent from across the country to the East of England. We provide a year-around Artist Development programme, one tour a year and seasonal community work with our partners across the East of England: Our Artist Development programme is dedicated to nurturing diverse talent, creating space for courageous artists to fully express themselves and develop their practice. We regularly tour high quality productions of new plays across the East of England. We share stories and experiences with our local audiences that provoke, move and inspire them. Our community work brings together world-class storytellers with communities in the East of England to help them share their own stories and expand their creative lives.
