Ryan Christiansen

Ryan Christiansen is an accomplished professional in the financial technology sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Executive Director for the Stena Center for Financial Technology at the University of Utah and as Committee Co-Chair for the Governors Fintech Advisory Council, Ryan is actively involved in advising the state on financial technology infrastructure development. As a co-founder and Working Group Chair of the Financial Data Exchange, Ryan contributes to creating secure access to financial data across the industry. Previously held senior positions at Finicity, Zions Bank, and KeyBank, showcasing a strong background in banking, financial partnerships, and data management. Ryan holds a degree from the University of Washington in Banking and Financial Support Services and graduated from Weber State University.
