Alexander Gordon

Alexander Gordon is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in advisor engagement and client service. Currently serving as Executive Director and Advisor Engagement Consultant at Hightower Advisors since June 2019, Alexander focuses on enhancing relationships with advisor teams and businesses through organic growth strategies and accountability frameworks. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at 1OFUS, where Alexander led the development of an emotional intelligence application, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Syntrinsic Investment Counsel, managing a successful client service model on over $1.5 billion in client assets. Alexander also held positions as Senior Analyst and Advisor at Syntrinsic, as well as Financial Advisor at UBS.
