Alan Begg

Alan Begg has extensive experience in operational technology and service operations, having worked with National Highways since November 1996 in various leadership roles, including Head of Operational Technology and Major Projects Portfolio Manager. Additionally, Alan served as Head of Service Operations at Highways England from June 2017 to September 2021. Alan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from Abertay University, which was completed between 1987 and 1993.
