Steve Holland

Steve Holland has extensive experience in operational technology and project management within the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operational Technology Services Delivery at Bilfinger since January 2015, Holland plays a pivotal role in the Technology and Transformation Alliance with Thames Water, focusing on digital innovations and automation project portfolios. Previous roles include Head of Service UK at Bilfinger, Interim Projects & Programme Manager at Sholl Projects Limited, and Senior Project Manager at Capula, overseeing substantial projects and teams. Holland’s earlier career featured significant positions at Emerson Process Management, Vanderlande Industries, and Courtaulds Engineering, contributing to major automation and engineering projects across various industries. Holland holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Design and a B.Sc. in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from Loughborough University.
