Eleni Coldwell

Eleni Coldwell is an experienced project manager with a strong background in transport and infrastructure, currently serving as the Rapid Charging Fund Programme Manager at National Highways since May 2022. Prior to this role, Eleni was the Northern Powerhouse Rail Senior Project Manager at Transport for the North from February 2018 to May 2022 and has held various project management positions at Transport for Greater Manchester and the NHS. Eleni's earlier career includes significant achievements at Envirolink as a Principal Consultant, where leadership in developing commercial funding for the low carbon sector was noteworthy. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Local Government Management from the University of Warwick and an MA in International Studies from the University of Birmingham, complemented by a BA in Business Studies & Economics from The University of Sheffield.
