Gail Fleming

Gail Fleming is an experienced Programme Assurance Manager currently at National Highways since February 2014, also serving as the Community Practice Manager within the Centre of Excellence for Programme and Project Delivery. Prior to this role, Gail was a Programme Manager for Corporate Services at the College of Policing from December 2012 to February 2014 and held the position of Head of Internal Value for Money at the National Policing Improvement Agency from July 2010 to December 2012. Additionally, Gail worked as a Business Manager for the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service from September 2009 to July 2011.
