Tom O.

Tom O. currently serves as the Head of Security Operations & Intelligence as well as the Head of Security Strategy and Intelligence at National Highways since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tom O. was a Principal Advisor in Security, Cyber Security, and Resilience for the British Army from September 2018 to July 2022 and developed expertise in intelligence and security at the Ministry of Defence of the UK from September 1989 to July 2022. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Defence Technology from the Royal Military College of Science/Cranfield University, with a dissertation focused on Counter-Surveillance, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Southampton University. Additional training includes certifications from ISACA and ISC2, completion of the Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College in 2020, and attendance at the Joint Services Command and Staff College in 2009-2010.
