Gajendra Mewara

Gajendra Mewara is currently serving as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Highways Infrastructure Trust since September 2024. Previously, Gajendra held the position of Company Secretary at The Phoenix Mills Ltd. from December 2018 to September 2024 and at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited from December 2016 to December 2018. Gajendra also worked as Chief Manager at Aditya Birla Group from March 2015 to December 2016 and served as Company Secretary at Kae Capital from May 2014 to March 2015. In these roles, Gajendra has managed various secretarial, FEMA, SEBI, and investment-related compliance matters. Gajendra is a qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and completed education at Sardar Senior Secondary School from January 1994 to January 1999.
