Courtney Buchholz P.Eng is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Product at Highwood Emissions Management since February 2022. Previously, Courtney held several leadership roles at Repsol from December 2014 to February 2021, including Senior Leader of Stakeholder Relations Group, where responsibilities involved maximizing value through strategic commercial solutions and enhancing social license to operate in Canada. Additional roles at Repsol included Senior Manager Technical Reviews and Asset Manager, focusing on multifunctional project approvals and subsurface development strategies. Prior experience includes positions at Talisman Energy, Calpine Energy, and Schlumberger, covering various engineering disciplines. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and has furthered education through various institutions including Edelman, Esade, and Karass.
