Jane Dufrane Ccim

Jane DuFrane, CCIM has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jane joined Highwoods Properties in 1995 and held several senior positions, including Senior Vice President - Market Leader, Vice President - Market Lead for the Richmond division, and Director of Leasing. In 2023, they became a Co-Host of The Type Slay Podcast. Additionally, Jane was a Partner at JEDD.

Jane DuFrane, CCIM completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate Finance from Old Dominion University in the period from 1990 to 1994. Jane also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Finance from the Strome College of Business during the same time span. Furthermore, Jane received a Mini MBA from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Jane obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification from the CCIM Institute in October 2000.
