Rustin Sotoodeh has a strong background in the gaming industry, with notable experiences as the Founder and CEO of Higround, a premium gaming hardware and lifestyle brand. In this role, they have achieved significant success by collaborating with well-known brands such as ComplexLand and Beats by Dre. Prior to this, Rustin founded and led E-Coliseum, an agency specializing in connecting brands with the culturally relevant gamer. During their tenure at E-Coliseum, they accomplished numerous milestones, including the creation of the world's first esports gym and the establishment of the first esports experience at Coachella. Rustin has also worked as a Talent at ESPN and held leadership positions at Entrepreneur Club USC, Flightly, Grab Games, and the University of Southern California's Football team. In addition, they served as the Head of the IT Department at Acquisition Group, Inc., where they excelled in managing technological aspects and maintaining accessibility to important files.

Rustin Sotoodeh completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Game Entrepreneur from the University of Southern California between 2014 and 2018. Prior to this, they attended Foothill High School from 2010 to 2014, where they were awarded the International Baccalaureate.
