Deyana Abououbeid

Deyana Abououbeid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and accelerator management in various sectors. Currently, Deyana serves as the Justice Accelerator Programme Manager at HiiL, having previously held the position of Justice Accelerator Programme Officer. Concurrently, Deyana functions as the Accelerator Unit Manager at The VentureX, overseeing multiple sector-based accelerators in Agrifoodtech, Healthcare, Culture and Creative Works, and Tourism across Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Previous experience includes freelance consultancy roles, co-founding Minders, and various positions within Migrate, focusing on skills development and business solutions for international clients such as the United Nations. Deyana holds a bachelor's degree in finance and business economics from Yarmouk University.
