Putri A.

Putri A. is currently the Head of People Experience & Shared Services at Hijra since December 2023. Prior to that, Putri founded Rekan & Co., a boutique consultancy offering tailored solutions at a reasonable cost. Putri also co-founded Ziwa during their time at Antler and had various roles in HR and talent management in companies such as Grey Group, GoToko, and Darshana Design Studio. Putri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and has completed a Summer School program in Mindfulness and Compassion-based Interventions at the University of Amsterdam.
