Evelynn Escobar

Evelynn Escobar is a cultural organizer and founder of Hike Clerb Inc., a decolonial BIWOC-led outdoor collective established in 2017 in Los Angeles, CA, aimed at creating an equitable and inclusive outdoor experience for women of color. With a strong background in social media management, Evelynn has held various positions including Social Media Manager at Undefeated Inc., Social Media Specialist and Community Manager at TOMS, and Social Media Associate at The Honest Company. Evelynn began professional endeavors in social media at Chinese Laundry and LivingSocial, and gained valuable experience as an intern at the White House under First Lady Michelle Obama. Evelynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned in 2013.
