Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Elsa Health, where they played a crucial role in promoting affordable and accessible healthcare. Additionally, Ally co-founded Inspired Ideas and served as the CEO, driving the development and implementation of technology solutions for healthcare decision-makers.

Ally Jr Salim earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2015 and previously attended the University of Houston from 2013 to 2015, where they also studied Computer Software Engineering.
