Francois Rousselot

Francois Rousselot is an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience in driving strategic transformation and productivity improvements across global organizations. Currently serving as Group Head of Procurement at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since March 2019, Rousselot focuses on enhancing procurement processes and sustainability while managing third-party risks. Previously, Rousselot held the position of Global Head of Procurement at Novartis Technical Operations and Alcon, where responsibilities included streamlining procurement functions, supporting new product launches, and building procurement organizations.
