Jeremy Vaughn

Jeremy Vaughn serves as the Head of US Talent Management and L&D at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, after previous roles as an Independent Consultant and Senior Director of Global Talent and Organizational Development at CSL Behring. Earlier experience includes the position of Director of Global Talent Management at Wolters Kluwer and Learning and Development Consultant at Novartis. Jeremy holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a BS in Psychology with an organizational focus from James Madison University.
