Yazan Otoum

Yazan Otoum is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in network services and telecom management. Currently serving as Manager of IT Network Services at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since May 2014, Yazan has successfully led numerous projects including the migration of the Zoom Collaboration platform to MS Teams, global integration of Cisco UCM with Microsoft Teams, and the rollout of unified IT infrastructure across multiple regions. Prior roles at Hikma include Network and Telecom Team Lead and Senior Engineer, where Yazan contributed to significant IT infrastructure projects and the implementation of Cisco IP Telephony solutions. Previous experience includes working as an IT Support Specialist at the Jordan Education Initiative and a Graphic Information System Developer at General for Computer and Electronics. Yazan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The Hashemite University.
